ANTSPACE Hydro Consign to Own

Description
To jointly build a hydro cooling mining ecology, the data center partners will obtain the ownership of the hydro cooling containers by providing BITMAIN with preferential electricity prices.
  • BITMAIN provides hydro cooling containers, data center construction solutions, and hosts hydro cooling miners.
  • Data center partners provide sites with low-cost electricity, water resources, and are responsible for the construction and operation of the data center.
  • The total amount of electricity discounts provided by partners for BITMAIN is equal to the total amount of BITMAIN's hydro cooling containers.(Preferential Electricity Price = Electricity Market Price – BITMAIN’s Hosting Electricity Price)
  • The cooperation period is from the date when the construction of the data center is completed, and the miners are powered on, until the date when the property right of the hydro cooling containers are fully transferred to the data center.
  • During the consignment period, BITMAIN has the right to sell the hosted miners. Under the same conditions, partners have the right of first refusal.
  • After the consignment period ends, BITMAIN has the right to choose to continue hosting hydro cooling miners.
  • The hydro cooling containers consigned by BITMAIN is the ANTSPACE HK3 (1MW, House up to 210 ANTMINER Hydro Units). The miners and hydro cooling container will be shipped according to the partner’s construction and power-up plan.
